Shipping policy

PROCEDURE FOR SUBMITTING AND FULFILLING THE ORDER

1. Products purchased in the Store are shipped via a courier company.

2. The Customer may choose to collect the Product in person at the following address:
   Zegartowice 160, 32-415 Zegartowice, Poland

3. The total delivery time consists of:

   • the time required to prepare (produce) the Product,

   • and the time required for the courier to deliver the Product.

4. Domestic shipping within Poland is carried out by a courier company within up to 5 business days (deliveries are made only on business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

5. If an order includes multiple furniture items with different production times, the entire order will be processed based on the longest production time among the ordered items.

6. If the Customer finds that the packaging of the Product delivered by the courier is damaged, they should inspect the contents of the shipment to identify any possible damage to the Product itself. If such damage is found, a damage report should be completed in the presence of the courier.

7. International shipping:

   • For deliveries outside of Poland, the delivery timeframe is determined individually and will follow the information provided in the courier’s waybill.

   • The Customer will be informed of the estimated delivery time and shipping costs before the order is finalized.

   • The preparation (production) time of the Product, regardless of the delivery destination, does not exceed 2 weeks.

   • All product prices displayed in our store include local taxes and import duties. As the seller, we cover all customs and import fees – customers will not be charged anything upon delivery. We ship worldwide using DHL Express with DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) service. This means the price you see at checkout is the final price. There are no hidden costs or surprise fees.
