RETURNS & COMPLAINTS
-
A Customer who is also a Consumer and has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it without giving any reason by submitting a relevant statement sent to the Seller’s address within 14 days. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal statement provided by the Store within that period.
-
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Sales Agreement is considered void, and the Consumer is released from all obligations. Everything that was provided by both parties shall be returned to the address: Zegartowice 160, 32-415 Zegartowice in an unchanged condition, unless the change was necessary within the scope of ordinary management. The return should take place immediately, no later than within 14 days.
-
The Consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the Product resulting from using it in a manner exceeding what is necessary to determine its nature, features, and functioning.
-
The Seller will refund the value of the Product along with delivery costs using the same method of payment as used by the Consumer, unless the Consumer has explicitly agreed to a different method of refund that does not incur any additional costs for them.
-
If the Consumer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the Store, the Seller is not obliged to reimburse the Consumer for any additional costs incurred.
-
The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day the Consumer takes possession of the Product.
-
The right to withdraw from a contract concluded outside the business premises or remotely does not apply to the Consumer in the case of a Sales Agreement:
a) where the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item manufactured according to the Consumer’s specifications or serving to satisfy their individual needs;
b) where the subject of the service is a service that has been fully performed by the Seller with the express consent of the Consumer, who was informed before the performance began that upon full performance by the Seller, they would lose the right to withdraw from the contract. -
The right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement is available to both the Seller and the Customer (Consumer) in the event that the other party fails to fulfill its obligations within a strictly specified timeframe. In the case of a delivery delay, the Seller will set a final deadline for delivery, after which the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract.
-
All furniture offered for sale by the Seller are non-prefabricated Products, created according to individual needs specified by the Consumer during the ordering process. This means that the Consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a distance contract, pursuant to Article 38(1)(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, which the Client hereby acknowledges and accepts.
